Business Analyst

Role Overview

At Matasma, we are looking to onboard a business analyst in the Connected & Intelligent Planning practice area. Thispractice area combines the knowledge of business, data, and technology in delivering customer-centric planning andanalytical solutions for enterprises. The role is expansive and spreads across multiple industries and businessfunctions, engaged in solving complex problems in planning & analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze key planning and business performance drivers for key industries such as consumers, industrials, banking and financial services, healthcare, and business professional services
• Build capabilities and skills in identified planning and analytical tools to help customers solve for their problems, specific to enterprise business performance
• Deliver customer engagements with focus on excellence, value addition and business outcomes
• Assist in data validation, testing, and overall deployment of new planning and analytical models, ensuring successful ‘Go-Live’
• Build expertise in existing models and processes, and assist in future enhancements to drive planning efficiency
• Continuously identify gaps and opportunities for projects that will streamline process, workflows and execution growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Analytics
• Interest in business analysis, and in solving problems at the intersection of business, data and technology
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Knowledge of planning and analytical platform is a plus
